WE SAVE YOU MONEY $$ AND REWARD YOU with DISCOUNTS FOR DOING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Our preventative seasonal maintenance plan is tiered to fit your budget needs, take care of your HVAC system, and it will take care of you during the process.
Maintenance is generally scheduled to maintain peak efficiency, help keep utility bills lower, extend the life of your HVAC system, and avert failures. The cliché “out of sight, out of mind” is often the reason for neglected maintenance on your HVAC system(s). HVAC system(s) are usually installed where they aren’t seen, such as in a section of the basement, a closet, on rooftops, behind/side the of the house, or in mechanical rooms, making them easy to ignore. The systems are simply taken for granted, until they fail. Decreased efficiency, utility over-payment, discomfort, loss of productivity, premature replacement, and higher repair costs are the result.

This customers AC is not cooling due to the blanket of fur, muck, dirt and a small animal attached to the coil. Your system needs to breathe, don’t let it get to this. Take care of it and it will take care of you.
Ice on the lines, when you see this you need to turn the cooling off at the thermostat, you can keep only the fan on (yes I know that it’s warm air blowing but it’s circulating some air). Call a HVAC professional and let them check to see what is causing your system to freeze up.
A clean unit uses 30% less energy than a system that is dirty and not maintained.

When your drain-line clogs the water has no where to go, it empty’s into the drain pan. If there is a float switch it will shut the unit off to avoid this issue, however, if there is not a float switch it will continue to overflow and cause horrible damage.
This picture points out exactly where the clogged drain line is and where the pan has overflowed.

What is an Air Scrubber and Why do I Need One?
With the increased concerns about exposure to allergens, mold, VOCs and air pollutants, the quality of indoor air is becoming more important to homeowners. This is especially true if anyone in your family suffers from allergies, asthma or respiratory issues. An air scrubber is a device that attaches directly to the ductwork of your HVAC system. It removes air pollution, VOCs, surface contaminants, pet dander, odors and dust. It provides a cleaner, healthier and more efficient home. This low maintenance device uses proprietary light waves along with a specialized catalytic process to keep your home cleaner.

We all want a good deal, but when the price is too good to be true, there are often consequences for not digging deeper. My mother always said, “I can't afford cheap, we are too poor”. At the time that didn't make any sense to me but as I grew older I realized how wise she was. She simply meant that cheap isn't always the best long-term choice and in the end it cost more.
